Interaction/Orientation Program for the new NFP Participants

  •  An 'Interaction/Orientation Program' is scheduled on 25 August 2002. This program will be held at the Summit Hotel at 3.00 p.m.

  • This program is being organized for new participants who have received the NFP scholarship for 2002/03 from different institutes in the Netherlands. The Honorary Consul of Royal Dutch Consulate to Nepal H.E. Jan de Witte has been requested to be the guest of honor.

  • The main Objective of the program is to provide advance information about the institutes that the new students will be attending from former students. The program will feature a slideshow about the social and cultural lifestyle of the Netherlands.

  • In the past new students have had confusions about what they need to take with them to the Netherlands. As a result, some end up packing unnecessary belonging, which has made their travel uncomfortable and difficult. During the program, new students will therefore be able to interact with former students and be able to learn what needs to be taken and what needs to be left at home. They will also learn about the basic do's and don'ts while living in the Netherlands.

  •

  • Queries from the new participants will be entertained.
